My hubby's neice, Vikka, was wondering what she can give as a treat for her teachers. Friday is Teacher's Day at her school. I thought I'd help her so I made her some treat boxes where she could put the yummy treats for the teachers.
I made the milk carton box following the tutorial at You Tube. Here's a link for you guys:

Though I made some adjustments with the measurements, the outcome was the same.
I used washi tapes from Hey Kessy to wrap around the boxes as embellishments.
The stamped bird was from my own handcarved rubber stamp.
The tag attached to the clothespins were made using some leftover red cardstocks and a black construction paper that looks like a small chalkboard. I attached some baker's twine also from Hey Kessy.
I really had fun making these treat boxes. I wonder what I'll be doing next week? Hmmm...:)
Happy crafting! :)

Birthday Card using Washi Tapes from Hey Kessy
Thought I'd share just some of the things that I do with my washi tapes. I get these beauties from Hey Kessy. They have lots of new designs so please check out their website, www.heykessy.com. They recently had a Messy Washi Party last November 24 at Pipino restaurant along Malingap St. Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. Sad, but due to my busy schedule, I was not able to join them...maybe next time...Huhuhu! (Singhot!!!)
Anyways, on a happier note, I'm glad they have new designs, especially the Christmas designs. Hey Ms. Mansy, I'll be placing my orders soon. She really is a girl after my own heart, she's totally craft-smitten!!! Kudos to you Mansy! :)
I made this birthday card for my hubby's neice, Thea, for her 6th birthday. I used the washi tapes that I got from Hey Kessy as borders for my A2 sized card. I used a border puncher for my cover page. I also crocheted a blue flower and attached a circle embellishment covered with pink fabric to add dimension to my card.
More projects to come! :)
